Rules of engagement.
By engaging with Visionbuild Solutions, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Visionbuild Solutions, LLC agrees to provide the digital marketing services outlined in your specific proposal. Any additions to the scope will require a new agreement or addendum.
Client agrees to pay the management fees as scheduled. Note that media spend (payments to platforms like Google, Facebook) is separate and is the direct responsibility of the client.
Visionbuild Solutions, LLC is not liable for data loss, service interruptions from third-party platforms, or business losses incurred during the campaign period.
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice, subject to any minimum contract terms defined in the proposal.
